Description
This application is especially suitable in the sports T-shirt printing industry. A new oil heating system ensures uniform temperature distribution over the entire length of the cylinder with minimal energy consumption. Transmatic’s oil heating systems consume 50 percent less energy than electric machines. The diameter of the calender 20 cm is suitable for the needs of digital printing.
It has 3 different ways of operation:
Transfer paper sheets are placed with the design facing up on the table, cut fabrics (front, back, arms, necks etc.) are placed on top of the design. The printed pieces of fabric and paper both come out on the front of the machine.
Use of transfer paper on a roll with the ability to place cut pieces of fabric.
Traditional printing of both transfer paper and fabrics on a continuous basis.
