Description
Oil calender designed specifically for the continuous growing demand of (ink Jet Dye – sublimation transfer technology) sublimation printing on paper to synthetic, knitted or nonwoven fabrics such as polyester, nylon and acrylic. In the case of direct printing on fabric through digital prints also indicated to fix color pigments perfectly and economically. Electro pneumatic felt guide control. No. 6 3″ quick-connect shafts. No. 3 decoilers with pneumatic clutches. No. 2 rewinders with pneumatic clutches, motor and inverter. Oil-heated cylinder. Temperature control by one thermostat with proportional system, which allows considerable energy saving. Digital variable speed control. Automatic shutdown when 140° C is reached. Requires compressed air. Energy-saving mode.
