Printing technology:
Description
The standard dimensions of the heated top plate and interchangeable bottom plate are 50×40 cm respectively, ideal sizes for printing T-shirts/shirts. However, custom sizes of each plate are available upon request.
Rotation of the stations is done automatically by means of programming using 1 timer that can be set from 2 to 60 seconds and the machines work continuously (automatic version), otherwise, with foot pedal control, rotation is done with the help of an operator (manual version).
Rotation by means of mechanical table ( without chains and gears) with inverter positioning and braking. Time, temperature and pressure are set individually on each independent station.
Estimated production is approximately 8,000 T-shirts/shirts per day with the help of 2 operators and considering 3 seconds of rotation of each station.
Each bottom plate is equipped with nomex cloth.
